Irving Botwinick

Serving the legal community since 1977

Founded on one unserved summons.

In 1977, Irving Botwinick was managing a Bronx law firm and distributing work to outside process servers. One came back with a note: could not find the address. The address was 350 Fifth Avenue—the Empire State Building.

Irving obtained his own license and began serving the firm’s papers himself. Word moved quickly through the legal community. Other attorneys began calling, and his answer was consistent: give me your hardest cases. Serving by Irving, Inc. followed.

Nearly five decades later, the standard remains the same: careful work, detailed affidavits and personal accountability on assignments that cannot afford to fail—whether close to home or coordinated across the country.

“If they’re alive, we’ll serve them. If they’re dead, we’ll tell you where they’re buried.”™
